Ice Hockey is derived from the game of field hockey in order to adapt to the colder climates of Northern American Countries, with the first game being played in Montreal in 1875. Since then it has evolved to a fast-paced game where two teams race across the ice, trying to hit the puck into the opposing team's goal. It's an exciting game that can often get rough, which let's face it, is part of why we love it!
