Hey im Lizzie, Im currently working for my parents in there Dementia care home as a deputy manager, hoping to one day take over the business. Im currently doing my NVQ4, PTLLS & A1 assessors. I love my job just hate the shift work.. although i do get it quite easy working for my parents.
