My Story
My name is Dave. I am not a jerk, despite my name. I was being facetious.
I used to weigh 230 pounds. I am down to 170 now. I only mention that because I have become driven to make my life better in the last few years.
My personal outlook on life was such that I thought that everything would be better when I made more money, or when I had a better job, or when I had x or y or z, or I would be happy when this or that happened. It was an unhealthy way to go through life. I was fat and out of shape. I couldn't do all the things I wanted to do in life.
So I made some major changes. I got in awesome shape by first rowing, then running, then riding a bike and swimming. Over the last three years I have changed a lot and I am very happy with what I see now, and how I feel.
I recently had back surgery, though, to repair a disc that was protruding into my nerves. It was quite painful, but I am recovering nicely.
I love mountain climbing, Triathlons, and motocross.

I am looking for a girl who is confident and strong, someone who takes care of herself and is very kind towards others, but who is also most kind to herself. I am a firm believer that if you don't take care of yourself first you will be unable to take care of anyone else. I am looking for a woman who isn't into drama or any BS.
