My Story
OK! Here we go!
I have been a divorced gal for over 10 years, so I guess I should be classified as single.
I am in education and science. I love to be out in nature and am not afraid of picking up a bug
or helping a wild bird, however I can sit and delve into a book at a moment's notice. And I don't read romantic novels,
However, I can be a very girlie -girl for sure, if the occasion requires it.
I like to scuba dive and have helped out with a hatching sea turtle rescue organization as a volunteer for several years.
It was very rewarding and I can truly say, seeing sea turtle hatchlings emerging from the ground and hightailing to the beautiful ocean in the dark at 3:00 am... is an otherworldly experience, very humbling. This is part a of a process, older than humans!
OK..now you see where the science fits in. ;-) I am kinda a science, nature geek.. and proud of it!
I also like to shop in thrift stores, yard sales and antique shops, honing my "eye" on items
