My Story
I'm a developmental specialist at a day habilitation center for adults with developmental disabilities, and I love what I do. My goal right now is to finish my master's degree and see where that leads me within the realm of social work. I love being active and I'm very passionate about the work that I do. I love to be outdoors--hiking, running, etc. I love going out with friends, but I also enjoy low key nights in. I grew up in a small town so I definitely have my roots there, but I have a touch of a city girl side since I've moved. I am a Christian and I try my best to let that be central in my life, though I am fallen. My faith is incredibly important to me and is not something that I'm willing to compromise.
Ideal Match
My ideal man would be a Christian, most importantly. He would be driven and passionate about what he does. He would be a compassionate man with a heart for helping others. Successful, but not letting money run his life. He would have a sense of humor and be down-to-earth, with a serious side when necessary. He would know how to have a good time. He would be empathetic and supportive--a good listener and communicator. And if he was nice looking and had a sense of style that would be a plus :-)
